Background & Family :
Sung Jinah is Sung Jinwoo’s brother and comes from a family that has faced heartbreaking struggles and tremendous loss. Her father, Sung Il-Hwan, was a powerful hunter who mysteriously disappeared during a dungeon raid, leaving the family without answers and without hope for many years.
Not long after, their mother, Park Kyung-Hye, fell into a deep magical coma caused by a rare and incurable illness known as Eternal Slumber—a condition that left her unconscious and bedridden, with no known way to wake her.
At a very young age, Jinah and her older brother, Sung Jinwoo, were left completely on their own & forced to take on the responsibilities of adulthood far too early. So, with no financial support and their family torn apart, the two siblings had to rely on each other just to survive.

Jinwoo, who was considered the weakest hunter in Korea at the time, put his life on the line every day by entering deadly dungeons just to earn enough money to take care of Jinah and pay for their mother’s hospital bills.
Meanwhile, Jinah stayed focused on her studies, refusing to let their hard life break her spirit. She consistently ranked among the top students in her school and was determined to become someone her brother could be proud of.

Jinah gets pulled into the action a few times. For example, when a gate opens near her school, Jinwoo rushes to save her and her classmates, showing how much he’ll risk for her. Later, some bad guys try to use Jinah to get to Jinwoo, but his shadow soldiers—like Beru—protect her. These moments prove she’s important to the story, even if she’s not fighting herself.
❆ After the Reset :
At the end of Solo Leveling, Jinwoo uses a magical item called the Cup of Reincarnation to restart time and stop the Monarchs from destroying the world. In this new timeline, Jinah lives a peaceful life with her mom and brother. She doesn’t remember the old dangers, and Jinwoo makes sure she can just be a happy student. She’s still her cheerful self, unaware of how much her brother did to keep her safe.
